1. General
- These Terms apply to all users of the website and customers placing orders through our platform, WhatsApp, or any other medium.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
2. Nature of Product (Perishable Food Items)
All our products are fresh cakes and baked goods, which are perishable in nature. Cakes are sensitive to temperature and environmental conditions and may melt, spoil, or lose shape if not handled properly.
Storage Guidelines:
- Cakes must be stored in a refrigerator (freezer ma nahi, fridge ma)
- Avoid exposure to heat, sunlight, and humid conditions
- It is recommended to consume the cake within the same day or as advised
⚠️ Once the cake is delivered, we are not responsible for any damage, melting, or spoilage due to improper storage or handling.
3. Design & Customization
We try our best to match your requested design; however, exact replication is not guaranteed. As cakes are handmade, slight variations in design, color, decoration, and finishing may occur.
4. Image & Product Display Disclaimer
Images shown on the website are for reference purposes only.
Some images may include:
- Decorative items that are non-edible (khava layak nathi)
- Props used only for presentation
Certain images may be:
- Conceptual designs
- Digitally enhanced
- Illustrative or sometimes imaginary
👉 Final delivered cake may differ slightly from the images displayed.
5. Non-Edible Decorations
Cakes may contain decorative elements such as cake toppers, artificial flowers, supports or sticks.
⚠️ These items are not edible and must be removed before consumption. We are not responsible for any issues caused due to consumption of such items.
6. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cakes, returns are strictly not accepted. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. No refund will be provided for change of mind, taste preference, minor design differences, or customer-side delays.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or baking has started. Cancellation requests must be made well in advance. Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions.
9. Delivery Policy
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, phone number).
- We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or wrong contact details.
- Once the order is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
10. Delay & Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather issues, natural events, or technical problems.
11. Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, or gluten.
Customers are advised to inform us about any allergies before placing an order. We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for damage after delivery, improper handling/storage, or consumption of non-edible decorations.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
